Welcome to Norco
The Norco Area Chamber of Commerce would like to welcome you to our community, also known as “Horsetown USA!” With nearly 100 miles of horse trails and 400 acres of parkland it is common to see residents running errands or heading out to eat on horseback, making Horsetown USA not just a nickname but a lifestyle its residents are passionate about.

Eat Shop Play, in Horsetown, USA!
Norco’s rural atmosphere is what sets us apart from other towns in Southern California, but the city also offers cosmopolitan amenities. The local lifestyle consists of big properties, old-fashioned values and welcoming neighbors. There are many scenic trails in Norco to take your equine companion, including the Santa Ana River bottom, the rugged Norco Hills and at the spiritual heart of Norco, the George Ingalls Equestrian Event Center. The two covered arenas at this municipally-operated facility host regional and national horse shows, professional rodeos, chili cook-offs, the annual Norco Fair, and much more. And with many restaurants and shops offering tie-ups or stalls, this is a community that truly embraces the equestrian spirit

Not only do we hold on dearly to the equestrian lifestyle in Norco, but we also take pride in our sense of community and patriotic spirit. Take a tour down Sixth Street, the city’s historic commercial district, and notice the street is painted in red, white and blue, while lampposts display banners honoring the military men and women who make our freedom possible. At the end of this patriotic street you will arrive at George A. Ingalls Veterans Memorial Plaza, a two-acre facility dedicated to the local heroes who have protected our nation from every corner of the world.

Norco is a great place to stop in and visit, but it is also a great place to raise your family. The city is served by one of the best school districts in Southern California, Corona-Norco Unified School District (CNUSD), and our very own Norco College, an institution with strong technology programs. We Norconians take pride in our sporting teams—in addition our nickname Horsetown USA, some folks think we should be called “Sportstown USA”—and love taking part in the Norco High Cougar rally… “We are Norco!” Interested in what it’s like to own a ranch? Spend an afternoon touring real working ranches during Norco’s famous annual Ranch Tour.
