Help Wanted!

NACC is now accepting applications for a part-time office assistant.

The right candidate will provide administrative support for day-to-day operations, and assist with regular meetings and special events, to help grow the efficiency and strength of the Norco Area Chamber of Commerce.
 
The basic duties of the position include:
  • Answer phones and greet walk-in visitors; provide information about Norco
  • Organize mailings, including monthly membership renewals, new and renewing member packets, and special mailings for events and other promotions
  • Make monthly phone calls to all members
  • Prepare and organize materials for the Monthly Luncheon and NACC Networkers meetings
  • Assist with social media
  • Filing and general office-keeping
  • Assist with Board Meeting minutes
  • When directed by management, perform other assignments and duties as required
 
Necessary skills and qualifications include:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Internet and Social Media knowledge and skills
  • Knowledge of Norco
