Glen Gonsalves has been a resident of Norco for the past 42 years. He is a Norco High graduate and currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent for the Corona-Norco Unified School District. This is his 23rd year in education having previously served as a teacher and site administrator for both CNUSD and the Moreno Valley Unified School District. Glen is excited by this opportunity to serve on the Chamber and is looking forward to helping develop and grow an attractive business environment for Norco and the wider Inland region. He believes strongly that a solid partnership between the educational and business communities is the key to supporting a vibrant business climate and attacking the next generation of innovators to our area.

Michael Ryan, is the owner and founder of Safe Money Management, an Independent Insurance and Financial Services Company. He prides himself on a business that exists to help others take control and protect their families, finances and futures which enables them to prepare for the best and worst of times. Ryan has a strong passion for serving the community, as evidenced by his chosen occupation. As a Board Member, he wishes to continue the Chamber's actions of supporting and working with local businesses and brings 30 years of experience in working with companies of all sizes to improve profits and productivity.

Karen Sirski-Martin is an Assistant Medical Group Administrator/Chief Nursing Officer for Southern California Medical Group-Kaiser Permanente and has worked for the organization for greater than 22 years. Karen has been involved with the American Heart Association supporting the community and professional education since 1981 including holding an Affiliate position for the Orange County Chapter, Task force for Emergency Cardiac Care Training Center. Over the past 26 years she has been a member of the Statewide and Local “Health Workforce Initiative” Committee where the overall goals is aligning Community College Health Educational Curriculum and Programs with the changing and or developing new roles within the healthcare setting. Karen has lived in the city of Norco for 29 years and believes that it is important to volunteer to support the community and its programs which contributes in building a strong sense of family that Norconian’s aspire towards. During her time living in Norco she has been a member of the Corona/Norco School District Community Health Curriculum Advisory Committee, held a position on Highland Elementary PTA, volunteered many years to assist in the school fundraisers, and currently is the Safety Officer for the Norco Little League Board. Her commitment to Norco is apparent and is committed to the community success and is honored to have been able to be a member of the Norco Chamber of Commerce.

Jamie Ball
President & CEO, Norco Area Chamber of Commerce
Jamie Ball has been with the Norco Area Chamber of Commerce since 2016, serving as President and CEO since 2017. In her role, she acts as the Chamber’s corporate secretary and is the chief administrative and executive officer. As the sole staff member, Jamie manages all day-to-day operations, including the creation and management of marketing materials, advertising platforms, newsletters, annual events, and monthly meetings.
Under her leadership, the Chamber has successfully launched various programs that encourage entrepreneurship and drive tourism to local businesses, significantly contributing to a vibrant business environment. A passionate advocate for the Norco community, Jamie actively engages with members and local leaders to address the unique challenges and opportunities facing the area’s business community.
With a strong focus on supporting local businesses and the invaluable support of her Board of Directors, Jamie has implemented numerous initiatives designed to enhance Norco’s economic landscape and promote collaboration among community stakeholders.
Outside of her role at the Chamber, Jamie enjoys homemaking, gardening, animal husbandry, and, most importantly, spending time with her three children. A longtime resident of Norco, she is dedicated to building connections with fellow Norconians and strengthening the community.

Glenda Chavez joined Waste Management in 2014 as the Public Sector Manager for the Cities of Chino, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Norco and San Bernardino County. She manages the cities’ franchise agreements and works with community leaders and local government officials to develop programs that increase recycling and support the region’s quality of life through outreach, charitable giving and community partnerships. Glenda has more than eighteen years of experience working in both the public and the private sector and is proud to serve as a board member of both the Norco Area and the Chino Valley Chambers of Commerce. Glenda earned her bachelor’s in political science from the University of La Verne and her master’s in public administration from California State University, Long Beach.

Misty Reyes is a member of our Board of Directors and was installed on August 30th, 2023, at our 11th Annual Business Awards & Installation Ceremony. Misty and her husband Jon Acosta are the owners of Norco Family Funeral Home. Misty may be new to our chamber, but she has been a huge supporter of our community. During Misty's time on the Board, she has helped us honor our local First Responders and execute a charming awards banquet for our local businesses. Misty has graciously joined our chamber to volunteer and help support our community.

Mike Quraishi is the President and owner of Excellence in-Service Award-winning company Aladdin Building Services Inc. which has been in business since 1999. Mike has a Master's Degree in Business Management and two bachelor's degrees, one in Math & Physics and other one in Aircraft Engineering. Mike also holds a Federal Aviation Administration Airframe and Power plant license. Mike’s professional experience includes 22 years in aerospace and Hi-tech industries, where he held senior management positions in the areas of Commercial Passenger Aircraft Certification and Aircraft modifications with Boeing and Douglas Aircraft. Aladdin Cleaning Services Inc. has received numerous awards including "Best of 2015" awarded by Thumbtack. Mike was also a nominee for the Spirit of the Entrepreneur - Award 2011, 2013 and 2014.
Mike is the author of "Successful Entrepreneurship" which was published in March 2023.

His experience includes cases in both state and federal court, as well as experience in cases on the appellate level for each jurisdiction. Maribel Carmona is the Domestic Violence Program Director at the Corona Norco United Way, for the past five years, she has been dedicated to empowering victims and survivors of domestic violence and their children. With a strong focus on breaking the cycle of abuse and guiding individuals toward a violence-free future, she is passionately committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of those she supports. Certified by the State of California as a Domestic Violence Counselor, her extensive experience includes working with various non-profit organizations. Before her current role, Maribel spent 14 years in local government as a Technology and Information Analyst and Project Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, allowing her to merge her technical expertise with a profound commitment to advocacy and support work.

Ron came to California after college and worked for ARCO for 18 years prior to opening his first fuel station. Ron and his wife currently own and operate 4 Ignite locations in Norco, Fontana, Walnut and Chino. Patrick Mitchell is the Five Keys Ecological Agriculture Training Cultural Center’s Farm Ambassador and Farming Program Director for the EAT Farm in Norco. He is a Native Californian and has authored two books and numerous popular and peer reviewed articles. Patrick has more than 25 years of experience in ecological horticulture and land-based education. For the past decade he has taken a hands-on role in various market-scale farm operations by growing and selling culinary herbs, citrus, vegetables and other specialty crops. During this time he has developed a small farm system that incorporates the practice of Natural History and the principles of ecological restoration with bio-intensive crop production and regenerative animal agriculture. Patrick has owned several small businesses with his wife including Blue Orchid Flower Shop and Wild Bunch Flower Company. He has managed Resort landscapes, public parks, natural areas and historic sites. In addition to serving on the board of The Norco Area Chamber of Commerce, he is also a member of the Riverside Food Systems Alliance Executive Board and is the past board Secretary for Naturalist for You. He is a scholar of the relationship between nature and culture and believes deeply in the transformative power of putting ones hands in soil.
